Nik Kale is a Principal Engineer at Cisco Systems, leading AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives within Cisco CX Engineering. He is the architect behind Cisco’s AI Support Fabric and TRON framework - an enterprise-scale architecture advancing explainable and agentic AI in customer experience. His work bridges applied AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop governance across Cisco’s product ecosystem. Nik is a multi-patent holder, three-time Stevie Award and ISSIP Distinguished Innovation Award recipient, serves as a judge for global technology awards (Stevie, Globee, CODiE), and is a Program Committee member for ACM 2025 & CCS 2026. His research and talks focus on agentic AI, in-product experience, and ethical automation in enterprise systems.
